Its water resistance level is not as high as the Garmin Vivofit. The Jawbone UP24 can withstand splashing but if you put it in a puddle or a tub of water, it will not work properly. The Garmin Vivofit overall would be better as it offers a lot more benefits and the price, on the same level,is less than the Jawbone UP24. In addition, the Garmin Vivofit offers a heart rate detector which is spectacular.
